Neil Emmerson, Area Director for Surrey and Sussex
Neil worked in the banking and financial services industry for over 20 years, during that time he personally advised clients on investment, pension and protection matters and latterly managed large teams in the financial advice and private banking arms of major high street banks. Neil has now joined the will writing industry which he sees as a natural progression along the client journey. Having seen first-hand how hard clients worked to generate wealth for themselves and their families he views it as vital that clients have the ability to choose how this wealth is then protected and distributed in the event of death or incapacity.
His years of experience combined with a practical but caring attitude stands Neil in good stead to be able to help families in their time of need with their will writing and probate needs.
With a wife and young son Neil believes in the importance of family and the need to plan for the future. Neil says, "With the pace of modern day life, it can be said that there is a general lack of awareness and knowledge of later life issues in society." This is an area that Neil is passionate about addressing and his overall aim is to save families time, money and stress in their difficult times.
Away from the office Neil enjoys time with his family and has played most sports with golf his current passion which has led to him recently taking the role of Vice Captain at a local golf club. He is also an avid watcher of cricket and football.
